How we handle data.

This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and why. It covers this site only — not the systems DXZ Automation builds and operates for clients. It is a description of our current practices, not legal advice.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how people move between them, and which calls-to-action get used. This helps us improve the site and see whether it is doing its job (helping people book a discovery call).

Google Analytics records things like the pages you visit, the link that referred you, an approximate location (from your IP address, which Google does not store in full), your device and browser type, and a randomly generated identifier so repeat visits in one session can be counted once. It also records when you take a small number of specific actions — for example, submitting the on-site assessment, clicking a “book a call” button, or completing a booking.

What we do not collect through analytics

The analytics events never include your name, email address, phone number, the contents of any message, a booking reference, an appointment time, or a meeting link. When a booking is completed we record only that a booking happened and which call type it was — nothing that identifies you.

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta Pixel, or any other marketing or ad-targeting tags. Analytics data is not sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets a few first-party cookies (names beginning _ga) to tell new and returning visits apart and to keep a session together. They contain the random identifier described above, not personal details.

The site also uses local browser storage for small conveniences (remembering a booking widget is warmed up, for instance). That data stays in your browser and is not sent anywhere.

Your choices

  • Install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics on every site you visit.
  • Block or clear cookies for this site in your browser settings, or use a private / incognito window.
  • Most browsers and privacy extensions can block analytics scripts directly.

When you contact us or book a call

If you email us, call, use the chat widget, take the assessment, or book through the scheduler, we receive the information you choose to provide (such as your name, email, phone number, and what you tell us) so we can reply and prepare for the call. That is separate from analytics and is not sent to Google.

Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which processes the details you enter to schedule the meeting. The chat widget sends your message to our server and to OpenAI to generate a reply when there is no direct answer on file.
